Now that the secret's out, Pink isn't taking any measures to hide her growing baby bump.

Only a few days after confirming news of her pregnancy on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the singer stepped out and walked the red carpet at Sunday's American Music Awards in Los Angeles.

Wearing a black Janey Lopaty Vintage Couture dress, Pink was accompanied by her beaming husband, Carey Hart, who couldn't resist from lovingly touching her burgeoning belly in front of snap-happy photographers.

Showing no signs of slowing down, the 31-year-old singer put on a high-energy performance of her hit song, "Raise Your Glass," during the awards show, which also required a costume change.

 Pink brought the house down wearing an unusual pair of harem-like pants, gold cropped jacket and black bra that exposed about an inch of her midriff.

While her baby bump wasn't on full display, the singer acknowledges that another part of her body was hard not to notice.

"Thank you to everyone that rocked the stage with me 2nite," she Tweeted after the show. "My ta ta's were the stars of the show, let's be honest."

Pink and Hart, 35, who have been married since 2006, are expecting their first child together.

"I didn't want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before," she previously told DeGeneres of her pre-planned pregnancy. "I worked for it. It was not an "oops."'
