Fantasia admitted that she had an abortion about the time of her medication overdose / suicide attempt while speaking at her lover’s child custody case. The singer acknowledged that she dated Antwaun Cook “off and on for about 11 months” and reportedly testified that she knew from the first day of her relationship with him that he was married and still living with his wife, Paula. In August, Fantasia said, “When I met him, he was separated … wasn’t living in his home. He didn’t want to be back with his wife.”
According to reports, Paula is considering suing Fantasia over alienation of affections in which an abandoned spouse files suit against the party responsible for the failure of their marriage.
