l have taken keen interest in alot of African traditional designs not so many African countries but for a few,but Nigeria seriously tops it all off.
Their level of smartness during a traditional wedding/engagement ceremony is beyond words,when the Bride chooses a theme color every one has to come dressed in that theme color,l mean the materials are the same,color is the same..only the person gets to choose their own designs
Now that is where you see absolute creativity,Nigeira has this : Bella Naija website which focuses on Wedding(Bride and Broom) and of course the wedding guests.
They have had manyexciting wedding features ,check out one engagement ceremony they covered l was lost of words...Nigeria...l Salute you...
Actually the whole idea for my Traditional engagement ceremony,l have got it through this Nigerian designs..l was truly inspired
The colours for the bride’s friends were gold and blue – the gold was beautiful lace sari while the ‘george’ provided the dash of blue. In honor of the bride and groom’s Delta and Yoruba heritage, respectively, guests crafted their aso-ebi into styles inspired by both the Delta (2 Piece Wrapper) style and also the contemporary ‘skirt and blouse’ looks.
